Welcome to The Woolly Bugger Inn! Our cabins, tiny homes, and suites are tucked into the woodsy Big Thompson Canyon just minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park.

Couloir Cabin #16:

Couloir is a spacious two-bedroom, two-story private cabin located within a cliffside duplex (alongside neighboring Trail Ridge Cabin). Enjoy a full kitchen, living room, three bathrooms, two well-equipped bedrooms (both King, plus a living pullout sofa), TV, and a gas fireplace (indoor). Your outdoor spaces include a private hot tub, (seasonal) wood-burning fire pit, balcony with an outdoor dining set, back deck space, and grill. Perfect for up to 6 guests. Please note this cabin is accessed by an outdoor stairway and can get a little noise from the nearby Highway.

We’re nestled along a quarter-mile private stretch of the (highly fishable!) Big Thompson River, with plenty of space to spread out and relax on our forested, five-acre grounds. We’re five minutes from downtown Estes Park and ten minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park.

Pets: Please let us know if you plan to bring your furry friend(s) along, and we'll send you our pet agreement and fee. Our pet fee is $20 per dog per night (free after the third night).

The Vibe: When we say "historic,” we mean historic—some of our digs stretch back a century, and sometimes, our “old-school” shows. This can mean drafts when it’s cold out, summer heat, and the occasional four-to eight-legged friend. We like to think of ourselves as an extension of the Front Range ecosystem!

WiFi & Cell: WiFi is limited throughout our canyon. We offer the best we can, but don’t expect to Zoom into meetings (or much of anything, internet-wise). Cell service is limited on the property at this time, so try to pull up your cabin and check-in instructions before you arrive.
